Arrival
Please check the accommodation immediately after arrival. Please report any damage or defects to the accommodation or cleaning to reception within 2 hours of arrival so that we can resolve the problem for you.

Power failure
Please only call the emergency number in case of an emergency (no water/electricity).

Please do not call the emergency number for towels, wifi, barrier, etc.

Visitors
Visitors should report to reception. The tenant is responsible for registering guests and their behaviour during the stay.

Fire safety and barbecues
Open fire or the use of a fire basket on the park is not allowed. Barbecuing is only allowed if you use smouldering fire.

Wooden terrace accommodation
Almost all our accommodation is surrounded by wooden terraces. We recommend entering the terraces with footwear.

Pets
Dogs are allowed on pitches and in some pet-friendly accommodations. Please do NOT leave your dog(s) on the bed and sofa in these pet-friendly accommodations. Dogs should always be kept on a leash on park premises. Dog waste must be cleaned up immediately. We have a free-range meadow in the park which you can find on the map.

Complaints
Despite the good care taken by the park, it may happen that you have a complaint. We ask you to report this immediately to reception.

Environmental street
The containers are located at the front of the park behind the reception building. Here you can dispose of glass, old paper, empty batteries and household waste.

Damage
Immediately after arrival, check that your accommodation is in good condition. Any damage and defects to rental accommodation or cleaning can be reported to reception within 2 hours of arrival. Please also report any damage caused during your stay to reception. You may be held liable for these damages.

Night's rest
Between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., there is a period of sleep and no traffic is allowed in the park (except for emergencies). Each guest respects the privacy and quiet of the other guests. Please avoid noise, music and loud conversations.

Barrier
The barriers are closed to incoming traffic between 10pm and 8am. If the barrier pass is misused, it will be blocked and you will not be able to enter the park by car.

Speed on the park
The speed limit on the resort is 5 km/h. If you violate the 5km rule, your pass will be blocked and you can park outside the park.

Parking
One car may be parked per accommodation. Multiple cars should be parked at the front of the central car park. It is forbidden to park cars on the free plots.

Sanitary facilities
Please leave this area tidy after use. The showers can be used until 23h00, the toilets are accessible at all times.

Departure
Your rental accommodation will be cleaned by our team but please leave your accommodation broom clean and tidy.
Please take your rubbish to the recycling centre
Place bed linen in a pillowcase in the hallway
Unload the dishwasher and leave dishes clean
Leave all belongings in the right place

Moist toilet paper

We would like to ask you not to flush damp toilet paper, tampons, sanitary towels down the toilet. Our sewer system is not suitable for this, it can lead to malfunctions and blockages.

What to do on departure day?

On the day of departure check out before 10 o'clock.

• Leave the accommodation tidy and clean. 
• Make sure the dishes have been washed and everything has been put back in the right place.
• take the waste to the reclycling area (milieustraat on the map)
• Remove the bed linen from the beds and put it in a pillowcase

Yes, you can enjoy winter camping with us during the whole winter. 

Yes, via early check-in and only in consultation with the reception. If the accommodation is not ready when you arrive, it is possible to use all facilities (e.g. restaurant or swimming pool).

At each accommodation 1 car. An extra car may enter the park for packing and unpacking luggage at the accommodation, this only in consultation with the reception.

There is a hotspot on the campsite. With this, you can connect for free Wi-Fi.

It is allowed to barbecue during your holiday with us, however, as our park is in the middle of nature, only gas or electric barbecues are allowed.
