Parking facilities are available throughout the park. Depending on your accommodation, you can park directly at your accommodation or use one of the central parking areas within the park.

Please note that traffic towards Zutendaal and National Park Hoge Kempen may be busier than usual during peak holiday periods.

Arrival

We recommend that you check your accommodation and inventory immediately upon arrival for completeness and any possible damage.

Any damage, defects or cleaning complaints must be reported to reception within 2 hours of arrival, so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Visitors

Visitors must report to reception upon arrival.

The tenant is responsible for registering visitors and for their behaviour during their stay.

Fire Safety and Barbecuing

Open fires and fire pits are not permitted within the park.

Barbecuing is only allowed using a gas or electric barbecue. Please ensure that water is always available nearby.

Wooden Terraces

Almost all of our accommodations feature wooden terraces.

We recommend using footwear when walking on the terraces.

Pets

Dogs are allowed on the camping pitches and in designated pet-friendly accommodations.

Please do not allow dogs on beds or sofas.

Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times within the park. Dog waste must be cleaned up immediately.

A dog exercise area is available within the park and can be found on the park map.

Complaints

Despite our best efforts, issues may occasionally arise.

Please report any complaints directly to reception so that we can work together to find a suitable solution.

Recycling Area

The recycling area is located at the front of the park behind the reception building.

You can dispose of:

• Glass
• Paper and cardboard
• Used batteries
• Household waste

Please use the appropriate containers.

Damage

Please check your accommodation upon arrival to ensure everything is in good condition.

Any damage, defects or cleaning complaints must be reported to reception within 2 hours of arrival.

Any damage that occurs during your stay should also be reported to reception immediately.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours apply between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

During this period, vehicle traffic within the park is not permitted, except in emergencies.

Please respect the privacy and peace of other guests and avoid excessive noise, loud music and loud conversations.

The location of the Wi-Fi information depends on the accommodation type:

• Lieteberg Cottage, Thor Cottage, Kempen Cottage, Panorama Cottage and Belsano: in the cupboard near the refrigerator.
• Papendaal Lodge, Modus Wellness and Tiny House: in a kitchen cupboard.
• Baby Cottage, Kids Cottage, Kids Adventure Cottage and Forest Cottage: behind the television.
• Camping pitches, Airlodge and Bergerven: use the general network.

Barrier Gate

The barrier gates are closed to incoming traffic between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Misuse of the barrier pass may result in the pass being blocked and vehicle access to the park being denied.

Speed Limit Within the Park

The maximum speed within the park is 5 km/h.

Failure to comply may result in your access pass being blocked and your vehicle being required to park outside the park.

Parking

One vehicle per accommodation may be parked within the park.

Additional vehicles must be parked in the central parking area at the front of the park.

Parking on vacant plots is not permitted.

Sanitary Facilities

Please leave the sanitary facilities clean after use.

The showers are available until 11:00 PM. The toilets remain accessible 24 hours a day.

Flushable Wipes

Please do not flush wet wipes, tampons or sanitary towels down the toilet.

Our sewage system is not designed for these products and blockages may occur.

Departure

Your accommodation will be cleaned by our team. However, we kindly ask you to leave it tidy and broom clean.

Before departure, please:

• Take your waste to the recycling area.
• Remove the bed linen and place it inside a pillowcase.
• Empty the dishwasher and leave all crockery clean.
• Return all items to their original place.

Please leave the accommodation tidy

• Make sure all dishes are clean and returned to their proper place.
• Leave all kitchen appliances clean and empty.
• Return all furniture to its original position.
• Take your waste to the recycling area.
• Remove the bed linen, place it inside a pillowcase and leave it in the hallway.
• Switch off all indoor and outdoor lighting.
• Set the heating/thermostat to 15°C.
• Return your access card to reception. If reception is closed, you may deposit the card in the mailbox located at the barrier gate.

If the accommodation is not left according to the above guidelines, additional charges may apply.

Yes, you can book an early check-in or arrange this with reception. If your accommodation is not ready upon arrival, you can still use all the park's facilities, such as the restaurant, the spray park (in summer) and the entertainment room.

At the campsite, arrival time is 1 p.m. and departure time is 12 noon. 

You can find the Wi-Fi password in your accommodation at one of the following locations:
